Q2 just started. A full quarter of 2025 is behind us.
I'm going to be real with you — I lost a $7K/month client back in January. That stung. But this is a building-in-public journey, and I share the scars alongside the wins.
So here's my Q2 objective, stated publicly: $20K/month baseline. If I'm not hitting that number, I'm not executing hard enough. Period.

Phase 1 — Audit Q1 with Brutal Honesty
What actually drove revenue? Not impressions. Not engagement. Revenue. What burned budget with nothing to show for it? What surprised you — positively or negatively?
Phase 2 — Identify Your Competitive Advantage
Here's a prompt I gave the community this morning that you need to steal right now. Open up your LLM of choice — Claude, ChatGPT, Grok — and type this:
"Based on everything you know about me, what are my top 3 competitive advantages?"
Let the AI validate what you think you know about yourself. You might be surprised. I was.

The fundamentals don't change: → Can you acquire customers? → Can you retain customers? → Do you have an email list growing every day? → Is your personal brand generating inbound opportunities?
If you can't answer yes to all four — that's your Q2 priority list right there.

"The most expensive word in business is ALMOST."
Almost launched. Almost shipped. Almost followed up. Almost closed the deal. The failure rate on "almost" is basically 100%.
Ship it. Execute it. Get it out the door. Then optimize.
