STEP 1: Build the identity before you have the proof.

You can never sustain what you are not. If a 10K month doesn't feel normal to you subconsciously, your logical brain will find a way to rationalize losing it. Get the identity right first.

STEP 2: Normalize winning in advance.

If you can sink a three-pointer in an empty gym every time, you're not nervous on game day. Because it's normal. Repetition creates certainty. Certainty creates confidence. Confidence creates execution.

STEP 3: Aligned effort — not grinding.

Hard work implies resistance. Grinding implies force. Power is aligned effort. Doing what you're built for, consistently, without fighting yourself. That's sustainable.

STEP 4: Apply the 90-Day Sprint.
