Quick story before we get into it.
My phone carrier promised to fix a billing issue four days ago. Since then? Silence. No call, no text, no update.
It's a small thing. But it's also the entire lesson from this week's Friday Wins session: integrity isn't about never missing a deadline — it's about never going silent when you do.
If you tell a client, a prospect, or a partner you're going to handle something, handle it. If you can't, say so immediately. The communication gap is what kills trust. Not the delay itself.
Here's where it gets tactical.
This week, I rebuilt one of my core offers — retargeting ads into something I'm calling the Revenue Recapture System.
Here's the reframe: most of my ideal clients are already spending $5K–$20K/month on paid traffic. They're not under-spending. They're under-protecting that spend, because they don't have a real retargeting sequence in place.
So instead of pitching "more ads," I'm pitching recovered revenue — money they already paid to generate, that's leaking out because there's no multi-touch follow-up journey.
This maps directly to the PPP Sales Method:
→ Problem — no retargeting infrastructure
→ Pain — wasted ad spend, leaking pipeline
→ Profitability — the lowest cost-per-acquisition channel available, because the traffic is already warm
The ICP basically pre-qualifies itself. If they're already running ads and not seeing the CPA they want, that's the conversation starter.
One more shift I'm making: I'm done giving away free audits.
Going forward, audits are $197 — and that $197 becomes a credit toward whatever we build next together. This is the Micro Commitment Ladder at work. Small step first. It filters out the people who were never serious, and it respects the time it actually takes to do a real assessment.
