THE UNCOMFORTABLE TRUTH
We're all building businesses hoping for inbound magic:
"Just post good content..."
"Build it and they'll come..."
"Focus on SEO and wait..."
Meanwhile, our competitors are HUNTING while we're waiting.

Bucket 2: 90-day sprint projects (focused transformations) → Delivers results fast → Creates case studies → Leads to Bucket 1 clients
Bucket 3: Community + products (scalable, less time-intensive) → The Revenue Ronin community → Revenue Ronin AI audits → Newsletter + courses
You need ONE to start. But you scale with THREE.
THE INTELLIGENCE QUESTION
Here's a tactic we discussed that immediately impacted one of our members:
When someone buys from you, ask: "What specifically made you decide to purchase?"
Not "how did you hear about us" — that's useless.
You want to know the TRIGGER.
One member asked this after their first 6 product sales. That intel became their marketing blueprint to scale to 600.
WHERE ARE YOUR DEALS REALLY COMING FROM?
Track it this week:
How many inbound? (people who found you)
How many outbound? (people you reached)
I bet it's 90%+ outbound if you're honest.
So the question becomes: Are you optimizing for where deals SHOULD come from, or where they ACTUALLY come from?
This week's action item:
Identify 10 people in pain who need what you offer
Reach out personally (no templates)
Ask about their current challenges
Track your conversion ratio
Remember: People in pain aren't standing on your timeline waving flags. They're hiding in corners trying to fix what's broken.
