Stop trying to do 20 things at once. Your to-do list is killing your productivity.

The fix:

  • Pick ONE thing from your list

  • Eliminate everything that guarantees failure

  • Execute that one thing until complete

2. Work Backwards from Revenue (Jason's Strategy)

Most people track: impressions → clicks → leads → maybe revenue

Elite operators track: revenue → then reverse engineer what created it
