THE ON-THE-SPOT BOOKING MOVE

This single tactic has put more money in my bank account than any ad campaign:

When you're on the phone or face to face, don't let them leave without the next step locked in.

Say: "You got your phone? Great. How does Friday at 10 work? Let's lock it in right now. What's the best email for you?"

Notice the language — "best email" and "best phone number." People have multiple. You want the one they actually check.

THE NUMBERS DON'T LIE

Google's data says it now takes 50–100 touch points to convert a prospect. That's up from 20–40 just a few years ago.
