Degrees don't guarantee business success.

After 20 years, I've distilled it down to The 10 C's Framework:
Care - People don't care what you know until they know you care
Commit - To your own success first
Community - Your environment is stronger than willpower
Context - Give people the why, not just the what
Communications - Clear, consistent messaging
Content - Valuable, actionable insights
Creation - Systematic production (not random)
Consistency - Minimum 90-day commitment
Conversion - Optimize every touchpoint in your funnel
Cash - Revenue is the only metric that truly matters
Apply this for 90 days. Track everything.
I guarantee you'll see results.
But here's what REALLY matters...

Research shows that's where happiness plateaus with income.
