The year I almost quit.

Year 1 of building The Revenue Ronin online, I made $0.

Not a single dollar from X. Not a single dollar from the community.

I had a couple of agency clients too, but the "build in public" thing? It was brutal.

8-10 months before I made my first dollar on 𝕏 . And you know who that first dollar came from?

Dan Ryan. Our first ever Ronin.

I made an offer in a space. He said yes immediately. $47/month.

I almost cried.

Not because of the $47. Because someone believed in what I was building.

Fast forward to today:

40+ Ronins in the community
Multiple high-ticket fractional CMO clients
$100M+ generated for clients & employers over 20 years
Daily spaces with hundreds of engaged builders

But here's what I want you to understand:

The 3-tier offer framework I shared today? It only works if you have the DISCIPLINE to stick with it long enough.

THE FRAMEWORK BREAKDOWN (Deeper Than We Went in the Space):

High-Ticket ($5K-15K/month):

This establishes your expertise level. Even people who can't afford it see you differently once they know this is where you operate.

My fractional CMO engagements:

  • Companies at $1M-$10M revenue

  • Ready to scale to $25M+

  • Need strategic revenue architecture

  • Want systems, not just more ads

Mid-Ticket ($3K-$5K/ month):

This is your growth engine. Companies that have validated their model but need frameworks to scale.

Example from today's space: Will Carter's $250/month accountability system.

He's targeting solopreneurs earning $5K-$20K/month where execution instability is the most expensive problem.

BRILLIANT positioning.

Low-Ticket ($20-97/month):

This is your community builder. Your reputation amplifier. Your future high-ticket pipeline.

The Revenue Ronin community started at $20/month. Now we have members at $97/month getting monthly 1-on-1 calls.

Some will scale into fractional CMO clients. Some won't. And that's perfect.

THE PSYCHOLOGY BEHIND IT:

Here's what most people miss:

People want to CHOOSE, not be SOLD.

  • 2 options = feels like a trap

  • 3 options = optimal decision-making

  • 4+ options = analysis paralysis

This isn't theory. This is neuroscience.

Alex Hormozi talks about this in $100M Offers. The high and low ticket offers make the most money. The middle is where everyone else competes.

But you need all three.

THE BIGGEST MISTAKE (That I Made Too):

Trying to launch 3 offers before validating ONE.

Here's the right sequence:

  1. Start with ONE offer

  2. Validate it organically (10-20 conversations)

  3. Get your first 3-5 paying clients

  4. Dial in the delivery

  5. THEN expand to tier 2

  6. THEN add tier 3

Don't skip steps.

PRO TIPS FROM TODAY'S SPACE:

The Waitlist Strategy:

When demand exceeds capacity, create a waitlist immediately.

This does three things:

  1. Puts YOU in control

  2. Creates FOMO (fear of missing out)

  3. Gives you time to qualify buyers

I'm at 2 clients from capacity right now. Q2 starts my waitlist.

The "Operationalize the Business" Close:

When someone asks why you need payment upfront, say:

"We need funds to operationalize the services. I have a team to pay, systems to set up, and we want to deliver results in 90 days or less. That requires investment upfront."

This reframes from "give me money" to "we're running a professional operation."

The Revenue Filter:

Ask every prospect: "What's your budget for this?"

The serious ones will tell you. The tire kickers will disappear.

Don't get played. Get paid.

BEHIND-THE-SCENES FROM YESTERDAY:

I mentioned this in the space, but let me elaborate:

I was on a call with a potential vendor for my agency client.

Within 10 minutes, I realized this could be a STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP instead.

Here's what I did:

  1. Pivoted the conversation (immediately)

  2. Identified the mutual value exchange

  3. Committed to deliverables on the spot

  4. Spun up a landing page in Lovable (2 hours)

  5. Recorded the videos they needed

  6. Sent the proposal same day

From vendor call to partnership proposal in 5 hours.

Why? Because I follow the revenue.

When you spot an opportunity, you MOVE. You don't wait. You don't overthink. You execute.

Money follows speed.

THE 10 C'S FRAMEWORK (EXPANDED):

I shared this quickly in the space, but here's the deeper breakdown:

  1. Care - You have to actually care about outcomes

  2. Commit - Not motivation, commitment to the process

  3. Community - Build your tribe of ideal clients

  4. Context - Understand the conversation/environment

  5. Communications - Multi-channel messaging strategy

  6. Content Creation - Provide value that attracts and converts

  7. Consistency - Show up relentlessly with quality

  8. Conversion - Optimize every touchpoint for revenue

  9. Cash - Generate measurable financial results

Focus on these for 90 days. I guarantee you'll bring in more revenue.

If you're not, maybe it's month 4.

YVONNE'S QUESTION (That Hit Everyone):

"How do you manage when opportunities come fast and you're not sure you can handle the volume?"

This is real. This is the fear that stops most people.

Here's my answer:

  1. Create a waitlist (puts you in control)

  2. Prioritize by revenue (serious buyers first)

  3. Raise prices (filters out tire kickers)

  4. Build strategic partnerships (don't do it alone)

And honestly? That fear is just your brain trying to keep you safe.

Will said it best: "Your brain isn't sabotaging you. It's correcting back to where it believes you belong."

The solution? Train yourself to be comfortable in discomfort.

Feel the fear. Take action anyway.

ANDY'S REALITY CHECK:

"Revenue change is going to happen. Accept it. The only question is: how do you operate in an environment that's always changing?"

This hit hard.

AI is already here. Job security is an illusion. The economy is shifting.
