THE 15-MINUTE AI DIGITAL AUDIT
This is my current #1 lead generation tool and it costs nothing but 15 minutes of time.
The pitch is simple: "Would you mind if I ran a quick AI digital audit of your business to find any hidden revenue opportunities?"
Nobody says no to free revenue intel.
What I'm looking for every time:
Broken attribution — Campaigns running with no full-funnel visibility. Revenue being generated but not tracked back to source. This is in 90% of businesses running paid ads.
Missing email capture — No opt-in, no list, no owned audience. Completely at the mercy of algorithm changes.
Zero retargeting — Here's the stat I dropped in today's space: retargeting ads cost 30% LESS per customer acquired than cold traffic. Most businesses leave this on the table entirely.

Before you go deep with any prospect, get answers to three things:
Do they have the actual pain point?
Do they have budget to solve it?
Are you talking to the person with authority to say yes?
If any of those is a no — move fast. Don't waste time on someone who can't act.
THE ONLY METRICS THAT MATTER (EARLY STAGE)
When I showed the community the live Facebook ad metrics for a current client, I made this point clear:
Two numbers. Two.
→ CTR (Click-Through Rate): Want it HIGH — this signals audience-to-message match → CPC (Cost Per Click): Want it LOW — this controls acquisition cost before conversion
If you're tracking 20 metrics before you've dialed these in, you're running a science experiment, not a campaign.
THE TRIFECTA (UNCHANGED)
This hasn't shifted in the 730+ days I've been running this community:

That's the ad. That's it. Stop overproducing.
