→ FREE: Lead magnets, templates → LOW ($20-$97): Memberships, micro-courses → MID ($497-$997): Deep transformation → HIGH ($5K-$30K): Done-with-you/for-you
Build the ladder. Let people climb.
4) If you're REALLY good, structure deals with upside
Retainer + 10% revenue share OR Lower retainer + equity stake
Your expertise deserves more than hourly rates.

Audit your current offers - do you have all four tiers?
Look at your last 5 client deals - did you leave money on the table?
