Why it matters: the person struggling with Facebook ads needs different messaging than someone looking for CRM automation. One-size-fits-all emails don’t work. Precision targeting turns cold contacts into warm revenue.

1️⃣ Segment by Source – Event, webinar, lead magnet, social channel, referral
2️⃣ Add Behavioral Tags – Engagement, content interest, industry, company size, buying stage
3️⃣ Map Messaging – Pain points, awareness stage, goals, and anything you discussed

Result? My segmented campaigns get 3–5X higher opens and 8–10X higher conversions.

Platform doesn’t matter. Strategy does. I run this on Beehiiv, but it works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, ClickFunnels, any system.

Your Action Items:

  1. Pick one source (last event, webinar, or lead magnet)

  2. Create a segment for those contacts today

  3. Send tailored messaging this week

  4. Track performance vs your broadcast emails
