One complimentary light audit. I scan the prospect's site, run it through a custom Claude framework, and the audit becomes the proposal — same prompt, same sitting.
One 30-minute Marketing Profitability Review call. I ask questions, assess fit, and that's it.
Past those three? You're in the pipeline, or you're paying. There is no fourth container. If you keep giving "just one more" free call, you're not being generous, you're avoiding the close.
THE CLOSE YOU'RE MISSING
Here's the habit costing you the most money: you get a warm prospect live on the phone, and you say, "I'll text you the link."
Stop. The moment they're warm is the moment you book. Pull up the calendar right there. Lock the date. Confirm the email. Done.
Every minute you wait after that call ends, the lead goes cold. I've watched $25,000 deals get lost because someone waited until "later" to send a scheduling link. Don't be that person.

Most businesses skip straight to "we need more leads" while their retention is quietly leaking revenue out the back door. Acquisition can't outrun a leaky bucket.

If a product, service, or client engagement isn't clearing 20% margin, it's not a real revenue stream — it's a treadmill. Revenue is vanity. Profit is sanity. Equity is freedom.
