The 5 Non-Negotiable Fundamentals:
Your personal brand is your #1 sales funnel now. I put mine on hold for 15 years while making employers millions. Biggest mistake I made. Don't repeat it.
Your email list is your most valuable asset. I stopped building mine for 15 years too. Those are the two biggest regrets of my career.
Have a flagship offer — something you can pull out of your back pocket for anyone with the same pain points you solve. Plus high ticket, mid ticket, and low ticket options. Always start high.
Run 90-day sprints. If you can't commit to 90 days of focused execution, it's not worth doing. That's how I've helped companies generate massive revenue — not random tactics, not shiny objects.
More conversations = more revenue. Get on discovery calls. Qualify every prospect with four criteria: Budget. Pain point (not just a problem). Decision maker. Timing. If they don't hit all four, ask for a referral.
One more thing — the hourly model is dead.
