That's a completely different conversation, and it closes faster.

Respect your time before anyone else will. I charge $600 an hour for consulting, and I say the number out loud, up front, every time. One call at that rate turned into $25,000 in new revenue for the client. I didn't do the work. I gave the right advice at the right moment, and discipline did the rest.
