Not your mid-tier. Not your low-tier. Your highest offer, first, every time. Worst case, the prospect downgrades themselves. Best case, you just closed a bigger deal than you would have if you'd anchored low out of fear. I made this mistake for years early in my career. Don't make it for years like I did.

GO IN-PERSON FOR THE BIG DECISIONS

Five, six, and seven-figure deals rarely close over Zoom alone. If the deal size justifies the plane ticket, buy the plane ticket. Nobody wires serious money to someone they've only met on a screen.

OWN YOUR AUDIENCE
