Whatever shaped you at 10 or 11 years old around safety, reward, and friendship is still whispering in your ear as an adult, quietly steering your decisions, until you name it out loud. Once you say it, the grip breaks.

I think the same is true for revenue. You can't fix a problem you haven't named with a number.
