Go deeper: Surface pain → Financial cost → Emotional weight → Future consequence

That's the Pain Ladder. Climb it with your prospects.

2. THE ELICITATION TECHNIQUE

Don't ask questions. Make statements.

"I heard you guys hit all your revenue marks this year."

Humans are wired to correct bad information. They'll tell you exactly what's really going on — without feeling like they're being led down a trap.

No interrogation. No defense mechanisms. Just truth.

3. THE AI MUSCLE MEMORY WARNING

AI is incredible. I use it every day.

But I've caught myself NOT thinking. Just clicking. Just accepting output.

If you let AI replace your methodology instead of amplifying it, you WILL get dumber. Your muscle memory will atrophy. Your expertise — the thing that makes you irreplaceable — will erode.

Use AI as a force multiplier. Keep your synapses firing. Because 20-year-olds can run the tech, but they can't close a deal in a boardroom.

Your experience is your unfair advantage. Don't outsource it.

THE BOTTOM LINE:

Ordinary things consistently done over time produce extraordinary results.

That's not a motivational poster. That's a business plan.
